Husky Works Mushing
Experience the joint force of well trained Siberian huskies as they take you to a fun sledding adventure in the green mountains of Southern Vermont. Watch them and the musher lead you to the mountain’s scenic winter landscape. Put on those gears and be ready for a ride of a lifetime.

Sleigh Rides
Feel like Santa and get on the sleigh rides pulled by friendly Belgian draft horses. Explore the mountain forest from the maple sugar grove to the ridge of the mountain. Take a sip of hot choco in their cabin before coming back down. They also have special evening sleigh rides.

Snowshoeing
Explore the beauty of Southern Vermont on snow shoes. Take the whole family and create lasting memories while walking or gliding on the snow trails. Trail pass is required before venturing out.

There are plenty of rooms for both the beginners and experts in the terrain trails of Stratton Mountain Resort. Put on those Nordic cross country outfit and get ready for an action filled experience winding through the hardwood forests and over streams. They also provide snowshoe tours.

Snowmobile Tours
Explore the mountain trails of Stratton in the evening with a tour guide. Ride on those snowmobiles and experience the snow at night. Tours are offered on Saturday and holiday nights. Riders must at least be 16 years of age and must posses a valid driver’s license to drive the snowmobile. Reservations are also accepted.

Mini Snowmobile Rides for Kids
Allow the kids to experience what it’s like exploring the snow with rides. Stratton Mountain Resort offers the mini Arctic Cat snowmobile where children above 6 years and weighs less than 90 lbs can drive in the groomed track located in the main base of the resort. Rides are available on Saturdays and holidays from 5 pm to 7:15 pm when weather condition allows.
