These multi-level cottages sit on what locals refer to as the Shortcut road, along the first hole of Jay's Championship Golf Course and just a short walk from the Tramside base lifts and across from the Pump House Indoor Waterpark. Hotel Jay

The New Hotel Jay is an updated version of its namesake, home to 173 units and a beautiful Conference Space and Executive Boardroom located on the building's top floor. Just like the Tram Haus Lodge located just next door, close attention has been paid to the details, integrating small touches that the Raised Jay among you will certainly appreciate. The Hotel Jay includes a pizzeria, coffee shop, retail space, a Family Gathering room, Restaurant, fitness center and The Pump House Indoor Waterpark. Tram Haus Lodge

The Tram Haus Lodge is located right next to the 60-passenger Tram to the summit, and also the Flyer and Metro quad chairs. These studio & one to three bedroom suites are beautifully appointed and feature full kitchen (kitchenette in studios) and a fireplace. Most one & two bedroom units have balconies. On-site amenities include complimentary fitness center, ski lockers on the main floor, central laundry, and complimentary valet parking in an indoor garage. Also, don't miss Alice's Table Restaurant featuring local Vermont food and beverage. The Tower Bar offers local Vermont microbrews and occasional lively apres ski entertainment. Clubhouse Suites

Clubhouse Suites consists of three units, named after the counties in the northern region of Vermont - Franklin, Caledonia and Orleans. Suites are 1 or 2 bedroom units with beautiful views of the course and surrounding ranges. All are outfitted with kitchenettes, flat-screen televisions in all rooms and are beautifully furnished with standard amenities. Each of the Clubhouse Suites are fully appointed, furnished and include images from local companies and artisans. The Franklin, Caledonia and Orleans Suites are so named for the unique perspectives afforded from each. Each provides long views, impossibly comfortable bedding, small thoughtful treatments and an experience, winter or summer, that you will long remember. Slopeside Condominiums*

Located mostly on the Queen's Highway trail, the deluxe Slopeside condominiums have 2-bedrooms and one full bathroom plus a full kitchen, living and dining areas, fireplace, washer/dryer, and small balcony. Walk to the Tram, Pump House Indoor Waterpark, Ice Haus Indoor Skating Arena, restaurants, bars and retail shops and ski right back to your door when you're finished with it all. Slopeside is ski-in/ski-out with the exception of the 5000 building, which is just a very short walk to the lifts. This complex is close to childcare facility and ski school, so would be a good choice for families with small children. Offering units from two bedrooms to five bedrooms, nearly all of the Jay Peak Village Condominiums are true ski-in, ski-out. A select few are just a short walk from the slopes. The Village Condominiums are all newly-constructed and nicely appointed. Each unit offers a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, fireplace, washer/dryer, equipment storage, deck and full bathrooms. Bedding varies as all units are individually owned. Lift service is via the Village double chair, and while not walking distance to the Tram House Lodge, all the resort restaurants, bars and the spa are within an easy one-minute drive.
