A half bathroom is also on this level. On third level, the master bedroom suite has Queen bed, access to private deck, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, double vanities, and enclosed shower. Outside the bedroom is an open loft area with a small sofa, a great spot to relax and read a book.

    The lower level has a den area with eclectic artwork, flat screen TV, queen sofa sleeper and access to the private patio with outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed with private bathroom. A third bedroom has Queen bed with large windows supplying a mountain view. The laundry room has a high-end washer and dryer.

    Located 2/3 of a mile from main street in downtown Winter Park and 3 miles to the Winter Park Resort and on the free town shuttle. Parking is available for 2 cars only in the garage. Any guests that will be staying with more vehicles will need to park additional cars in the public parking structure located near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.

    This Lakota town home is great for a year round getaway to the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Located in the exclusive Lakota Neighborhood across from Winter Park Resort, this three bedroom three bathroom unit is comprised of three levels and plenty of space for a group of eight. Guests will enjoy the focal point of this beautiful townhome on the main floor living room offering huge expansive windows provide the unforgettable view of the ski resort and the vaulted ceilings make the overall space feel even bigger. Enjoy the comfy sofas to relax, watch TV or warm the toes in front of the gas fireplace. Next to this area, the dining area and kitchen are great for the cook to interact with the rest of the group while preparing meals. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The small powder room bathroom is easily accessible from this area as well. Guest can enjoy the private deck during the summer for meals with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and star gaze in the private hot tub.

    The main floor master suite has king bed, flat screen TV and dream bathroom! Large vanity with dual sinks, custom tiled shower and large soaking tub. A second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed, small TV.

    In the upper loft area of the unit which overlooks part of the living room and has more of the wonderful view in the small sitting area to relax. The queen bedroom offers a private spot with flat screen TV and full bathroom.

    On the lower level of the town home a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room, large mud room area from the garage where you can park 1 car.

    Please note that enjoying this stunning view takes a steep driveway! During the winter season, guests should be prepared that the main entrance to Lakota will require a 4 wheel drive on snowy days. Plowing is only provided if more than 3" of snow has fallen by the morning.

    The Beaver Village Condominiums are located just 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort and 2 blocks to downtown. Condo amenities include: fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, outside balcony or patio, cable tv, and complimentary wireless internet service. Guests will enjoy a secluded forested setting and spectacular views of the Continental Divide.

    All Beaver Village guests have access to the clubhouse that features a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and lounge area, and laundry facilities. The free town shuttle is complimented by our own Beaver Bus during peak season to make transportation around our condo complex, the resort, and town easy for everyone.
  • Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing

    Founders Pointe/Frasers Crossing is located in the new pedestrian village, just a short walk (approximately 225 yards) to the lifts at Winter Park Resort. This property offers studio units as well as one to three bedroom condominiums. The property has classic mountain architecture balanced with modern amenities and shops. Just steps away are access to an outdoor spa, fireplace and barbecue - and of course it's just a short walk to the village and lifts. The building also has heated underground parking, and high-speed Internet. Furnished and appointed modern-rustic home features amenities such as a flatscreen television, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, GE stainless steel appliances, upgraded linens and accessories, plus a gas fireplace with wood mantel and trim. Units sleep two people per bedroom plus two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Parking at Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing is $19 per day, and must be pre-purchased. Details are provided with travel documents.

    The Vintage Resort Hotel is located at the entrance of Winter Park Resort. This hotel is a Colorado landmark, and offers 118 finely-appointed guest rooms. This property offers traditional hotel rooms and studio units, as well as one and two bedroom suites, which feature kitchenettes and fireplaces. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, ski shop, and restaurant. The Vintage is also one of the few pet-friendly properties at Winter Park. The new Village Cabriolet provides free transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

    Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a deluxe ski-in/ski-out lodge located at the base of the slopes in the heart of the Village at Winter Park Resort. This property offers one to three bedroom offers one to three bedroom condominiums, and is the is the premier lodging, and is the is the premier lodging destination in the new pedestrian village. Located steps away from the Zephyr Express Lift, the lodge not only offers post card views of the Rocky Mountains, but also offers many on-site shops at the plaza level. Beautifully appointed condominiums welcome you to gather by the fire and warm up to your Colorado vacation. Guests will enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. All units sleep two people per bedroom and two additional people on a sleeper sofa in the living room. On-site underground parking is available for $19 per night, or park in one of the resort's outdoor lots.

  • Kings Crossing Townhome 12
    Kings Crossing 12 welcomes you with the unloading zone at the entry with plenty of places to store coats and boots. The indoor hot tub is accessible from the front door to help round out the adventures of the day. Perfect downtown Winter Park location for this family friendly townhome with private indoor hot tub. A choice of restaurants, the Grand Park Rec Center, the Foundry movie theatre and bowling, as well as a variety of shopping is within walking distance from this unit.

    The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-sized bed plus en-suite bathroom. This room offers TV and access to the indoor hot tub. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bunk bed with access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A stacked washer dryer is located on the ground floor.

    The main living is on the second level. Beautiful pine-paneled vaulted ceilings greet you with lots of natural light from the sunroom and sky light. This open floorplan features a great place to gather with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room area. The room has a large moss-rock wood burning fireplace, TV. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is situated in downtown Winter Park walking distance to several restaurants, movie theater and the Grand Park Rec Center. Easy access to the shuttle if your crew is all about getting up to the ski resort. Comfortably sleeps 9.

    The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed and small TV, the other with Bunk bed with twin up and Queen down, plus a futon. This room also offers a TV and opens into the hot tub room. The upper level offers an open kitchen, dining and living with vaulted ceilings. The wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen TV will hold your interest if the views out the windows are not enough to keep you busy. Enjoy the movies and games that are on the shelves too.

    You will have parking for 2 cars on site. This location is near the railroad tracks for train enthusiasts! If you are a light sleeper, take the downstairs bedrooms to hear less.

    Located in Fraser on the free winter shuttle and close to the Safeway grocery store, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit at WinterStar is spacious and offers some nice amenities not found at other Fraser vacation rentals. This spacious unit has wonderfully modern furnishings in the living room with a gas fireplace, small deck with mountain views, free Wi-Fi access and TV.

    The open floor concept includes the dining and kitchen area as well. The full kitchen has newer cabinets, appliances, counter tops and tiled flooring and overlooks the dining area. A dining set up with oversized, comfortable chairs surround the large wood table. A small bonus room is located off of the living room with a twin sofa sleeper and a good spot to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower and walk-in closet. In the second bedroom there are 2 twins and access to the common hallway bathroom.

    Guests will enjoy the heated garage access for 1 car and electric car charging station – something not available at other properties; and an outdoor common area hot tub.
