Just off the Sugarbush access road, the Southface condominiums are in a class by themselves. Southface features two bedroom townhomes that offer a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV and fireplace. Each unit sleeps two per bedroom and two on a sleeper sofa (2 bedrooms units only) in the living room.

Guests have complimentary use of the Sugarbush Sports Center that features an indoor pool, hot, tub and exercise facilities. Indoor tennis, racquetball and squash courts are available for rental. Sugarbush provides a free daily shuttle from these townhomes to the lifts, and an evening shuttle with complimentary transfers to local restaurants and bars along the Sugarbush access road, as well as the Sugarbush Sports Center (available Saturday, Sunday, and during holiday weeks).
